Scenario:

Isla Delta sends out patrols, occasionally, making sure that Costa Rican
national waters are not breached by Delta Prime or the such.

On one of these patrols, they go to a high alert due to an unidentified
object.  One Alpha, a bomber who was released by the government and
immediately defected, is convinced it's a cruise missile set to nuke
Isla Delta.  Without listening, he takes off, to go to DC and blow it
sky high.

The PCs are members of the Defiants who, while not agreeing with Kennedy
(duh!) don't want to see thousands or millions of innocents killed while
JFK sits in his bunker sipping brandy.  However, they can't reach the
Alpha in time.
