Well, right now, in my opinion only, there's not enough information in the
rules to support this notion (of course, there's not a lot to scuttle it
either, for that matter).  All of the other Delta powers seem to be pretty
self-focused, and it is the gadgeteer's power that allows for the creation
of gadgets.  However, since more gadgeteer stuff is promised in DP, I'll
hold off to see what the official answer is.  Barring that, I'd have to say,
"not in my game".

I just had a thought, though.  It's possible that, in addition to the
gadgeteers, DP could have a decent number of bargainers using gadgeteer
totems.

Or maybe I'm over-thinking this :-)
