[BNW] Rising Stars (was What is BNW like? (longish))

One note:  I would recommend folks to check out J. Michael Stracynski's 
"Rising Stars."  As of the most recent issue that just hit the stands 
yesterday, it is tying in a lot more directly with many of the aspects 
mentioned above.

In fact, so much so that if one didn't know any better, one would suspect 
Stracynski of reading BNW...some of the parallels are downright scary now.  
Like the fact the main government "enforcer" in Rising Stars dresses in 
red-white-and-blue, and is called (not Superior but) "Patriot".

Also, on the whole "mystery" of BNW powers...Stracynski is doing that in 
Rising Stars too.  Doesn't seem to be hurting his sales.  Several important 
clues were dropped in this week's issue.
