Except for the limit, as previously noted, found on page 138: "For every
success a hero gets, he can perform one additional action during this round,
up to his Speed."
I'm not clear how this works for folks who get a +5 to Initiative, though.
Presumably this adds to their Speed just like a Goliath's Strength adds to
his Wounds and stuff. So a Speedster could have up to 10 additional actions
(assuming a base Speed of 5d6, and then the +5). Which probably doesn't
matter ven if you're rolling 45's for initiative. :)
