not for deltas for non- it's 5 actions max.

Uh, I don't have my book with me, but doesen't it say in the next sentence
(or so) that the +5 to strangth is also used when figuring your would total.
(if not I think it says so where you figure wounds. Even still I know it
says so in the FAQ.
