[BNW] Invulnurability Question

Okay can someone tell me how invulnurability to fire
works? Does it just provide protection from heat
effects or would it provide protection from smoke
inhalation and other effects of being in a fire as
well? I mean obviously it wouldn't protect from a
building dropping on top of you from the fire but what
about other effects?
