Hmm...I don't know. I don't remember anything saying specifically.
So it depends on how you want to play it. Smoke inhalation is what
kills people in house fires -- that's what gets you before the heat
does. So you can say "yes, smoke is a part of fire" or "no, smoke is
another aspect and it is only the heat that you are invulnerable to."
Saying yes makes them somewhat more powerful, but probably not
overly so.
