I belive that he may copy that power. Allthought it is not a "visual" power, the rules do not state that the copycat must see how a power is working, just to have seen it been used in the previous round. But that could be a houserule; that the Copy-power is just working on "active and visual" skills and powers.

Nice touch, but right now I am concentrating on the things in the books. I will however take something from yours and others sites some day.
