[DL] hex question (goff)

Yep... me again!
  I've got as question about hexes being usable on a
person other than the caster.
  Basically if a hex has "TOUCH" as the range, can it
be cast on someone else? Like "Bodyguard" for
instance.
  AND, if that's the case, can the hex "Gambler's
Luck" be cast on someone other than the huckser?
  It came up in our session Sunday, and I wanted to go
right to the list then.
