A lot of that depends on what kind of adventures you want to run...and where.

You've got one of the big ones...QaTD (although with the revised edition
being expanded and put into two books, it's kind of obsolete). H&H fleshes
out hucksters, which are one of the more popular archetypes, so you're doing
well there.

Next, if you're planning on doing ANYTHING with American Indians, get Ghost
Dancers. It's pretty much a requirement if you are.

The other splatbooks are helpful (and each one has a passable to outstanding
adventure in it), but really only if you have one of the archetypes in your
party (Fire and Brimstone for Blessed, and Book o'the Dead for Harrowed), so
you can hold off on them if you don't.

You also got one of the setting boxes (Great Maze), so you're already set for
a setting to play in. If that isn't enough, and you want something kind of
all-inclusive, I'd go after Tales o'Terror: 1877. Gives you a TON of
well-designed plot hooks taking place all over the US. If that's too
disparate as far as places go, try River o'Blood. It gives you a goodly chunk
of the South to play in, as well as Nawlins and the whole voodoo thing.

I'd also look into eventually getting City o'Gloom. It's one of the more
important cities in the Weird West (and it CERTAINLY is in the Wasted West),
and it is a fantastically designed city setting. One of the two best in any
RPG world, in my own opinion (the other, for those who care, is Ryoko Owari,
the City of Lies from L5R).

If you're dithering about getting the screen or not, I'd recommend it. There
are two canned adventures in there that are really good...especially for
beginners. This Harrowed Ground is probably one of the best done.

Hope that's been helpful.
