[DL] hex detection

OK, so it's fairly difficult for onlookers to detect the casting of a hex.
How about the target? What does it feel like to be hit with a Soul Blast?
A bullet, or "something else"? What about a Twist? In that case, would the
victim know that something was wrong other than by failing actions?

Thanks,
