[DL] Hex Question: Shard (metal magic)

This just appeared in our game last night. When casting Shard (from
Thaumaturgical Diffusion, City of Gloom), when the huckster creates more
than 1 shard, does he draw a seperate hand for each off of the original roll
for cards? The hex is unclear.

Pros: kinda makes sense that launching a bunch of shards with a single hex,
they'd all be of the same power, good or bad.

Cons: may make Shard too powerful. The huckster can already create more
shards at only a +1 to the difficulty for each one over the first, and a hit
means they _all_ hit. Drawing seperately for each shard increases the chance
of backlash, which may (or may not) be necessary to balance the power of the
hex.

Comments? Thanks.
