Likewise the odds for rolling a 15 on 4d12 and the
same odds of rolling a 19 on 4d12+4

You would need an ace and at least a 3 in both cases.

4d12 with a 12 + 3 = 15

4d12+4 with a 12 + 3 = 15, 15 + 4 = 19

There's only 12 possible results when rolling a d12,
and adding numbers only shifts what the 12 possible
results could be, yet maintains only 12 results.
