Part two of the Fortress of Fear works better if run before Ghost Busters.

In part two, Grimme expands the radius of his power further with the Heart
of Darkness.  This is mentioned at the beginning of Ghostbusters as part of
what energizes the altar chips in the cursed cross given to the Ghost.  I'd
put a good six months to a year between the events in Lost Angels and the
events in Gommora.
