here's a name of a manitou I'm using right now Archalies (Are-cale-ees) you could also use lesser known names for the devil: Mephistopholes, Mephisto, Bealzebub, Lucifer (Lou for short). I find that greek names seem to work best for demons, ancient greek names that is. Anything in latin is good. He should probably also have a title like: the destroyer, the collecter, the fallen.
