I seem to recall our Marshal imposing the same limit on himself. He just
raises his NPCs' stats when he has too many chips (which isn't often, but
then again just about as frequent as when *we* have too many chips *g*).

Well, we were just finished it, but it was a doctored version thereof. If
you want details, you'll just have to bug Ross for 'em. I'm also in the
process of writing up the session, but I won't have it done for a while yet.
