I don't limit myself to the 10 chip limit when Marshalling.  A nasty fight
will usually drain my well and, the few times I have accumulated 'too many',
I spend them to buy those random acts of maliciousness that come out of
nowhere and screw over the posse ( a white chip is 5 extra prarie ticks, a
red 10, etc . . . )
