Greetings.
At your Marshal's option (or your option if you are the Marshal) HOE can
include Huckster, Blessed, Voodoo, or Kung-Fu characters. To do this you use
the Weird West rules and sourcebooks. These character types are very rare
but allowed per HOE rulebook, page 18. Hucksters are modified by some rules
mentioned on page 39 of the Junkman Cometh. Basically you must get one card
hand higher than normal and all backlash rolls suffer a +4 modifier due to
the tenacity of the Manitous in 2094.
