[DL] Late 1800's Firearms site

All,

While shopping at my girlfriend's father's gun store, I noticed a well made
copy of an 1874 Sharps rifle in 45/70 Govt. He handed me the flyer from the
manufacturer. It turns out that they make many different modern copies of
the old west firearms. The pamphlet is quite nice, and contains many
different guns, including handguns, and a few unique firearms. The Cowboy
Action Shooting scene has really brought on the market for the old style
guns.

Their web-site is http://www.taylorsfirearms.com/ I might send them an
email asking if I could scan the pictures and descriptions for posting on
the web. If credit and a link to their site was given, they might give
permission.

I remembered that some folks were looking for a site with good pictures and
descriptions. The manufacturer is located in Winchester, VA.

If you are interesting in the Cowboy Action Shooting, check out
www.sassnet.com for the Single Action Shooting Society. They also have
links to sites, books, manufacturers, clothes, etc.

Now I just have to save $800 for that Sharps...
