The new GRW book is coming out in the next month or so, and it will
incorporate stuff that was covered by all the supplements previously. 
The main part of the rules changes from the first edition were put online
almost two years ago, when PEG first attempted a new version of the game.
 Besides those alterations (I don't have the comprehensive list here
right now), there aren't many changes in the Second Edition, and I don't
think any of the changes were made because of Revised Edition.
I'll see if I can dig up the changes and send 'em along.
