Ramel,

It depends on the outcome of the Fortress of Fear Trilogy.  If all goes
well, he is able to be part of the defeat of the Reconers.  If it doesn't,
he appears in Hell on Earth as the introductory voice, looking to build a
new army of Harrowed to go after Stone and rewrite the past and fix the
present (in HoE terms).
