While Rifts is...well, Rifts, I always was mystified at why so many
fictional sources link Vampires and Mexico. From Rifts to Dusk Till
Dawn...In Vampire, the city with the highest vamp-to-human ratio was
Mexico City.  I once had a complete listing in my head of all the time
I'd seen Mexico overrin by vampires, but it's faded, since that's a
practically useless thing to remember in real life.
