[DL] Ok, Patchwork undead question

Ok, I hope this is enough. I'm running  Last Stop right now, and a player has 
just shot bob in the head for 59 damage. Now, as he's patchwork, he doesn't 
die, but does he lose the use of his head? More to the point, does he lose 
the use of his Eyes? the shot, as far as I'm concerned, did not destroy both 
eyes, if either eye, but it did rip through the brain, which, as I 
understand, it doesn't need. Thoughts?
