[DL] Legend Chip Question (PEG Guys)

  My question is when is a Legend Chip used up, is it
when ever it's used for a re-roll (even for botches)
or when it's used to re-roll table results or all of
the above.  Am I right in assuming that it's never
used up to reduce wounds.  Thanks in advance.
