         Unless Shane has something else in mind, the Rangers haven't put 
enough pieces together yet to know about Coot's Army.
         You may want to repost this to the list ATTN: Fred Jandt, who just 
finished the D20 Harrowed book. He might be able to shed some light on this 
for you.
