Hi,
    Off hand I would call a fancy Bullard Express a 1 point belongin'.
After all, it wouldn't cost that much to incorporate every improvement in
Lawdogs (quality gun, silver plating, longer barrel, improved sights, etc.)
into one weapon.  Furthermore, Belongin's 1 is equal to about $250 bucks.
