 No way, no how, unless he were inhumanly deft and had very long fingers and
 very big hands.

 That said, when I read The Dark Tower (or whatever it's called), I didn't
 get the impression that the setting was such that his guns were definitely
 hand-me-downs from the Wild West era.  I don't think it even implies that
 the planet is Earth.  So he's not necessarily using the same type of guns
 we use in Deadlands, so you can assume that whatever arcane way his guns
 are designed allows for one-handed reloading whilst firing with the other
 hand.  :>)
