That is a deadly mission. "PC Death" Train is what they call it here.
You might consider Perditions Daughter, or The Mission (back of Blessed
Sourcebook) first to season the party a bit more and help them understand
how important it is to be careful and make smart choices in their actions.

If there is any of the D&D mind set left in your group they will kill
themselves during this dime novel when they make standard "hero" choices.
