Don't know if thier all that great of house rules but 
the 4 different marshall in my group have used most 
of these:

Only 1 chip to stop a wound, unless it is going to 
kill / maim you, then you can spend more but you got 
to start with you best chip and then work your way 
down.

+2 to hit locations with guns at point blank or melee 
attacks that ain't kicks. (you seldom stand 3 feet 
from somebody and shoot / punch at thier legs.)

hucksters have a inate ability to detect when 
somebody in the area is tapping into the hunting 
grounds to contact a manitou.

midgits make everything funnier

its only a botch if they all come up ones

the guy that goes on the pop run gets a extra chip

concentrations of a skill are bought up at 1 point 
per level up to the highest current concentration in 
that skill
