[DL] Kung Fu

Can someone help me with one thing. I know iIneed to buy ythe appropriate rulebook, but the Great Maze is expensive and hard to find in this part of the world, and I only really have any need need the Kung Fu rules right now. I'm running Canyon o'Doom, and one of Ho Li Kwan's hindrances is called 'My Kung Fu is Superior!', can someone explain the effect of this to me, it sounds amusing.

Without the rules I'm playing him as more of a plot device with ridiculous Crouching Tiger type abilities - are the Fu rules that impressive, or am I overdoing it?
