O.K.,   I apologize if I've missed this (I thought it would be
explained in Lone Stars but couldn't find it), but what has happened to
the Confederacy capital after Richmond got blown to hell and has flaming
Zombies wondering around?  Did it move (which seems reasonable to me),
and if so, to where?
