Re: [DL] New Mad Scientist's Edge



having read this Edge, I do have one question.  I flI am reading this right, 
shouldn't the point costs be reversed?  The 3 point one has a general 
knowledge, and the five point one is limited to one type of technology.  
Unless the five point one grants better bonuses, albeit on only one 
technology type, than the three point one, I think it should be the other 
way around.  Just my view.  Correct me if i'm wrong.
