[DL] Hello from me!

Greetings!

My old internet service provider dumped me from the Deadlands lists since
their "Spam" filters considered this list bad for some reason. :(

Anyway, I am back with a new provider and would like to say hello to
everyone. It has been a while since I have been active on the list but I am
looking forward to more information on both the direction of the Great Rail
Wars and the new Lost Colony book. (Anyone else notice the glue on Lost
Colony binding coming off?)

I am looking forward to playing Deadlands at Origins next year and GenCon as
well. I have been working on getting a new DL home campaign going but it has
been difficult getting players. Even though I think I own every DL book
(except one of the early dime novels, maybe PC Death Train or Independence
Day) new players want to own the books themselves. When they go to the
retailers they are mostly told that either PEG is out of business or that
Deadlands is out of print. I know this is not the case but it is still
difficult for the new players to get their hands on the stuff.

My Deadlands claim to fame was that along with my friend Chad Day we wrote
the Black Chip rule. Our posse had a tendency to mess things up, royally! So
bad was our infamy sometimes it required a new "bad" version of Legend Chip.
You can check out the Black Chip rule on Allan Seyberth's website.

Of late I have been busy working as a Regional Triad DM for the LIVING
GREYHAWK Dungeons & Dragons campaign in my home state of Michigan. I am seen
at most conventions in Michigan as look forward to meeting any Deadlands
fans in my home state.

Good Gaming!
