RE: [DL] Thanks and another query.

The rules for this didn't make the cut for 2nd ed. but after many sessions
without it we decided to reintroduce it. If memory serves several players
complained they didn't like the fact that they could only move sixteen to
twenty yards in a single combat round and still end up with a handfull of
cards.

Here's what we do:

You may move up to your Nimbleness die in yards over the course of the
round, this is called your Pace.
If you want to move more you pick up the pace moving up to an additional
amount equal to your Pace. This extra movement requires a card to accomplish
but you may combine it with another action such as fightin', shootin' or
hexslingin' but at a -2 to the die roll. Unlike defensive uses for the
fightin' aptitude use of dodge doesn't incur the -2 penalty. The penalty
carries through till your next card.
You may pick up the pace multiple times in the round but doing so costs 1
wind per extra card you use to move.

N-joy,

Thanks much! No wonder I couldn't the dang thing.

Now, where were the rules on Picking up the Pace? Was this written out of
the revised rules?
