That's insane.  I like it.
The best humorous adventure I've heard of started with the PCs traveling
by steam wagon across farm country.  They get caught up in a quick
thunderstorm, and the wagon breaks down.  The mad scientist could fix it,
but not in the middle of the storm.  The group slogs through the mud to
get to a farmhouse in the distance.  An older man answers the door.  They
ask if they can spend the night, until the storm passes.  The man says,
"sure...but you have to promise not to touch my three beautiful
daughters..."

It just gets worse from there.
