Did you remember the "things" in Devil's Tower?  The Samurai's that are a
part (and trying to do the right thing) of his organization.  "Doomtowns or
bust" had some more information about his boat and his tactics.  Since
Gamorra is so out of the way, there is little actual "hands on" involvement
for Kang himself.  However, consider him able to get what he needs from
overseas.  Since he is probably the wealthiest member of the Rail Wars
conflict, don't believe that just what you seem to remember is the end of
his influence.  I bet he has a few Ravenites (due to his supply of guns) and
some "Hopping Vampires" that could help him if he needs them.  Maybe a few
ninjas just waiting in the wings to do what they hafta do as assassins.  As
for any other actual book about Kang other than the Marshal's Handbook or
"Great Maze," I don't really know.  But I bet he has enough cannon fodder
for any encounter due to his wealth.
