One thing I would do (especially if he keeps killing without trying to do
the christian thing of trying to release their souls in a more respectful
way) is to make him give a sermon each game or each week. If they don't give
a convincing one (based on their relisgiously styled character background of
course) then consider dropping them down a level of the relevant dice stat,
i.e. from a d8 to a d6.
