Well, if read the problem. The
Harrowed's dominion is going to the bad side. You need a Texas Ranger
NPC. Any possibility of him being a Harrowed Ranger. Its been
known to happen. Maybe have that one challenge the Harrowed PC to a
duel. If I am not mistaken, chips can be used when it comes to a
duel. Otherwise, what's the point? Now, how to get to the
duel. Remember the "Prospector" once said if he sees one of the
harrowed start harming people, its back to the ground. Maybe the
Harrowed Ranger is a friend of the "prospector" and owe's him his
unlife. The Rangers, unaware of this fact, actually point the Deader
to the PC. This is the "fire with fire" scenario.
It helps alot, but I have mailed alittel forth
and back with the player in question to hear what he would do if he did get
an job offer, and I think what he came up with is that he would take
it. It would be a great way for the story to develope. And makes it prosibel
for the Horrowed to come back later as an NPC eighter as a new "good"
freind. Or an evil adversery to hunt his former freinds. I think I have what
I should use now. But once again I thanks all for helping coming with
input/ideas :)
