Yeah. Remember all those things you used to see on the back of cereal boxes?
You know, where you send 'em five box tops and a buck fifty and they mail you
a really kewl toy, only it took six weeks to get it? 

Well, it's like that, only without the box tops, and a great deal more prompt.
(Of course, you don't get any Captain Crunch either.)
