Very interesting question...

I personally think Los Diablos shouldn't have a human face to them.  Perhaps just an endless stream
of shadowy cars, without anyone in the driver's seats.  Maybe a few motorcyclists, clad in helmets
with tinted visors and leather suits from head to toe, could be in the crowd, too.  After all, I'd
say that city streets are our era's version of a cattle stampede.

Or maybe a bunch of Smashing Pumpkins fans with glowing red eyes...No, that's just a bit TOO
scary...
