[HoE] new gizmo
Here's my first venture into the dark world of the junker. The
"severely hinders user" flaw is my own creation, to make the device a
little more point friendly.

Power Claw
There are times in everybody's life when they needed
a little more muscle. This gizmo is designed to do just
that. The back-mounted device consists of a gloved, long
sleeved vest studded with sensors that pick up any movement
in the user's hands, wrists, elbows, and shoulders. The user's
movements are then routed to a computer which amplifes and reroutes
them to a pair of oversized manipulator claws. These claws contain
powerful artificial muscles, and perfectly imitate the user's
arm movements, allowing the user to vastly increase his strength.
The claws also send sensory feedback to the user, providing a
fair amount of sensitivity.
The claws can be used separately or as a pair. Alone, each claw
has a strength of 2d20. Combined, they provide 4d20 strength.
Now for the down side. First of all, the size and displaced
position of the claws reduce the user's nimbleness and Deftness by 1
step.
Also, the claws, although quick, aren't designed for combat.
Any fightin' or dodge roll used while using the claws
are at a -4. Finally, fine manipulation (i.e. using a gun,
picking locks, etc,etc) is impossible with the claws.
The user must deactivate an arm (a simple action) to use his
own for such purposes.
