Ah just wanted to mention why Pinnacle is my _favorite_ company to deal
with, bar none. First off, when the Hell On Earth package was late, they
apologized profusely even though the situation was not their fault. Home Run
#1.

Second, when my stuff arrived, it had a bonus gift, the Ground Zero dime
novel. Home Run #2. Cool.

Finally, the ultimate insult, :-)  they sent me some Leftovers in the mail
yesterday, i.e. HoE Dime Novel #1. They didn't have to, but they did. Home
Run #3. Pinnacle now has enough accumulated karma to shoot me in the leg, if
necessary, with no recriminations. :-)
