The blowed up cities or the functioning ones? 

Blown up cities would probably have a REALLY cool network of subway tunnels
and sewers which would make great dungeon crawls. (I don't know if this was
part of your question but...) most of the cities probably had subways at some
point, and I know for sure that Seattle has a monorail (it runs right past the
Space Needle by the way). A functioning "city" might have a subway, but I
dunno. I don't think I've ever been to a small town with a subway.
