Okay how bout minor mutations like rad burns, glowing ghost rock skull
eyes etc, and he/she was a adult on judgement day? His/her size could be
part of her mutation... as well as what party Doomsayer wouldn't begin by
defending the 'blessed child' from a mob who has an idea of it's power? I
could see this leading to quite a campain as the party slowly figures out
the powers of the child, and then has to backtrack to the towns where
they defended the child to find it's history. (Like those townpeople are
going to help them? ha!) this could be fun, keep us posted...
