[HoE] "Russian Roulette"

This is one of 15 new hexslinger hexs I've designed for my hoe
Lawdog/hexslinger.  Please comment.

"Russian Roulette"

Duration: Instant 
Range: Touch

"Load 'Em Up"'s bastard cousin.  While "Load 'Em Up" and "Reload" put
bullets in a gun, this hex allows a Hexslinger to UNload a gun.  The
minimum hand removes d4 bullets from the gun in question, with each
hand beyond the minimum unloading an additional d4 rounds from the
gun.  However, regardless of how high a hand the hexslinger draws
(even a straight royal flush) the gun will still have ONE bullet in it
(hence the name "Russian Roulette").
