Amen, brother!  Not to mention the fact that, even if they could win, it
would be a HUGE waste of time, money and manpower that could be spent
better on developing and producing more game stuff.  

I mean, why waste all that on a minor point of contention.  Who REALLY
cares?  It all harkens back to the Aeon/Trinity lawsuit when Aeon (still
refuse to call it Trinity) came out.  Completely assanine and a total
waste of time for a minor, useless point that caused WW no end of
trouble.  Same thing with Nightspawn for Palladium Fantasy.  Todd
MacFarlane forced them to change the name to Nightbane because some bug
crawled up his butt about the word "spawn."
