Can a Psyker Vamoose to put up a Force Field?

The entry in Brainburners doesn't specifically say you can.  However, it is 
not totally clear (well at least, not to us) if you are limited to Vamoosin' 
only for stuff that the rules _say_ you can Vamoose on, or anything of a 
generally defensive nature.
