Well, your theory is interesting, at least.  However, I find that one rather 
crucial piece just doesn't do it for me... The Native Americans were in a 
VAST minority in HoE.  Really, really vast.  I mean, they didn't even exist 
outside of the USA and the CSA.  I doubt that Pinnacle would have them 
overrun the entire planet.  Other than that, an entertaining thought you have 
there.
