Probably not. IIRC, Ghost Rock was discovered on Banshee and that means
that manitous may have stowed away aboard the ships going through the
Tunnel [maybe the Reckoners put them there, though. I remember reading
that their powers extended past Earth and that they couldn't affect
Earth after the Great Spirit War in the Dark Ages until 1863.]

Broad story arc. PEG has managed to put out a seoncd game using the same
rules and storyline and make it work [Shadowrun/Earthdawn for example.
Pretty much same storyline, but different rules for each system.]
