Well, that's what it sounded like to me too.  But see below.  If scroungin' 
ain't feasible, then being a Junker ain't feasible.  Oddly, the Junker SB 
doesn't make mention of the fact that it's unfeasible to be the character 
type it is devoted to.  :)
